Showing up is the whole practice.
Weekly classes blending asana, pranayama, and meditation in a warm, non-competitive environment. No experience needed. Classes are categorised by pace and focus, not ability level, because the best class is the one you'll actually come back to.
An hour that is only about your body.
Private sessions give us space to work on what matters most to you: moving well with a chronic condition, rebuilding strength and confidence after injury (alongside your physio's advice), hormonal transitions, or simply building a home practice you'll sustain. I draw on yoga, pranayama, Ayurvedic principles, and breathwork.
The most underrated tool in the practice.
Dedicated breathwork sessions focusing on nervous system regulation, stress recovery, energy management, and sleep quality. Available as standalone sessions or integrated into private yoga programmes. In-person and online.
Food as practice, aligned with your constitution.
Consultations exploring your dosha, relationship with food, and practical ways to bring Ayurvedic principles into an Australian kitchen and lifestyle. Small, sustainable changes that build over time; nothing dramatic.
Learn to sit with yourself, even when it's uncomfortable.
Guided meditation sessions for beginners and established practitioners: seated meditation, body scan, yoga nidra, and mindful movement. A steadying practice many students reach for when they're sleeping badly or running on empty; it sits alongside any care you're receiving. 1:1 or small group.
Movement and breathing games for kids aged 4 to 16.
A calm, playful hour for busy minds and wriggly bodies: age-appropriate movement, breathing games, and mindfulness tools children keep using at school and at home. School incursions, community group classes, and private family sessions.
Eight weeks, one-to-one. The signature programme.
A structured 8-week private programme for chronic conditions, injury recovery, hormonal transitions, and burnout. Eight 1:1 sessions, Ayurvedic nutrition guidance, a personal practice plan, and support between sessions.
