This is a small practice, so this policy is short and plain. I collect what you give me: your name, your email, and anything you choose to tell me about your health so I can teach you safely. I use it to run classes and programmes, reply to you, and send you things you've asked for (like the 7 Days of Breath series). I never sell it, and I never share it for marketing.
A few trusted services handle data on my behalf: Formspree delivers the website forms to my inbox, Calendly handles discovery-call bookings, and Cloudflare hosts this site and provides cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics. Each has its own privacy policy, and some are based overseas (mainly the United States).
Anything you tell me about your health stays between us. I keep it only while we work together and only so I can teach you safely. You can ask to see what I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, at any time: email hello@circlewithsindhu.com. Emails from me always include a way to unsubscribe.
