Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours notice: full credit to pass or reschedule.
Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: session is forfeited.
Classes cancelled by Sindhu: full credit or refund at student's choice.
1:1 sessions: 48-hour notice required. Less than 48 hours: 50% fee charged.
Passes: valid 3 months from purchase. Not refundable for change of mind, but transferable to a friend.
Workshops: change-of-mind refunds aren't available within 7 days of the event; a credit note is issued 7–14 days prior. If I cancel or reschedule, you'll always be offered a full refund or transfer.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes genuinely wrong on my side, you'll always be offered a fair remedy.
