Yoga, breath and Ayurveda · Greensborough and online

Yoga is about showing up.

A practitioner you work with, not a studio you visit.

I'm Sindhu. I've taught for sixteen years, and I still teach as a student myself. Most people I work with are managing something in the body or in life: an illness, an injury, a change they didn't ask for. We go gently, at your pace, with breath, movement and a little Ayurveda. In person or online.

Where to Start

Three ways we can work together: group classes, one to one, or yoga for your organisation.

For Organisations

Workplace wellness, aged-care facilities, retirement villages, councils and schools. Retainer and casual programmes across North-East Melbourne.

Enquire

"Come as you are today. That is always enough to begin."

My teaching rests on what I call the 3M practice: mindset, mindfulness and movement. Three doors into the same room.

Sixteen Years of Showing Up

Based in Greensborough in Melbourne's north-east, I came to yoga teaching after a career in finance and regional sales — which means I understand both the business of wellness and the human need for it.

I teach across community centres, online, and one to one, from Watsonia and Banyule to students overseas. I teach the way I keep learning, not from a fixed script.

7 Days of Breath: a Free Email Series

Each morning for a week, one short breath practice lands in your inbox. Two to five minutes, no mat, no gear. Students from Melbourne to Singapore have done these; most tell me the one you do before your feet touch the floor is the keeper.

No spam. Unsubscribe any time. One email per day for 7 days.
